Note from Programme Director:

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the teaching team at our art centre.

The purpose of this form is to ascertain that you possess the required background in art and to assess your abilities and aptitude for the 3 positions available:
1. Apprenticeship
2. Assistant instructor
3. Lead instructor

If you are not trained but are keen to learn more about specific techniques (such as onglaze painting), you may apply to us for apprenticeship options and go through the basic apprenticeship programme. If you are already an art teacher and possess the required art skills, you may then apply to us for the position of assistant or lead instructor. A background in teaching is preferred. However, applicants who demonstrate the aptitude and right disposition for teaching may apply for the post of assistant instructor with a career option as lead instructor upon completion of trainee programme.
